We speak law
and culture.
Moving to Spain from Iran, the UAE, the GCC or Turkey should be a decision about the future. Too often it becomes a problem in itself: generic or informal advice, requirements that differ from one consulate to the next, documents from home that are not accepted as presented, and no one who takes responsibility for the file from start to finish. Small errors in preparation are what turn a strong case into a refusal.
Parastoo Legal Group was founded in 2022 to solve exactly that. We are an immigration and global mobility firm dedicated to clients from the region, and residency is the foundation of our practice: Non-Lucrative, Digital Nomad, Self-Employment and Entrepreneur residency, intra-company transfers and renewals. We define the right strategy for each client and take responsibility for the file from the first consultation to the issue of the residence card.
Our corporate and tax practice completes that work: limited company incorporation for non-resident founders, Spanish subsidiaries for foreign groups, autónomo registration, ongoing accounting and tax filings for freelancers and companies, and Beckham regime applications.
Every client is advised in their own language — Persian, Arabic, Turkish, Spanish or English — by a dedicated case manager who understands both the Spanish system and the realities of the country they are coming from. No two cases are handled the same way, because no two families or businesses are the same.
Law and culture,
inseparable.
Non-Lucrative, Digital Nomad, Self-Employment and Entrepreneur residency, intra-company transfers and renewals. We choose the route with you, build the file document by document and stay on the case until it is resolved.
When the move involves a business, we set it up alongside the residency: Spanish limited companies incorporated by power of attorney, and subsidiaries for foreign groups relocating key staff.
Once you are in Spain, we register the self-employed, keep the books and recurring tax filings of freelancers and companies, and handle Beckham regime applications inside the six-month window.
We know the paperwork our clients bring from home — legalising Iranian certificates, evidencing income earned in the Gulf, banking across borders — and we explain every step in their own language.
From first conversation
to resolution.
Relocating is personal, and so is the way we work. Our process is built around one principle: you should always know where your case stands, who is handling it and what comes next.
Book a ConsultationConsultation
We start by understanding your family, your finances and what you want your life in Spain to look like. You leave the first meeting knowing which route fits, how long it will take and what it will cost.
Your case manager
From the moment you engage us, one person is responsible for your case — someone who speaks your language and knows the country you are coming from. You reach them directly, through a private channel with your team.
A strategy built for you
Before we ask for a single document, we sit down with you to confirm the route and anticipate the risks. Only then do you receive your checklist: every document you need, in the exact format the Spanish authorities will accept.
Preparation
We review every document individually and prepare each form and letter specifically for your case. You hear from us every week, even when there is nothing new — you will never have to chase us for an update.
Submission
Your application is filed with the right authority only when it is complete and consistent. If further documents are requested, we respond well within the deadline.
Resolution & beyond
We share the decision with you as soon as it arrives and guide you through what follows: your residence card, renewals, company set-up, accounting and tax filings. Our work does not end with approval.
