Residency Renewal & TIE
The permit is the beginning, not the end. We prepare and file the renewal of your residence permit and book the fingerprint appointment for your new TIE card — for you and every family member — checking first that the conditions of your route are still met, because a permit that cannot be renewed is not a plan.

How we work
- 01 · Initial assessment. We check that the conditions of your route are still met — presence in Spain, means, contributions or activity — before the renewal window opens.
- 02 · Strategy and document map. The updated evidence your route requires, for you and for each family member.
- 03 · Preparation and filing. The renewal application, filed inside the legal window.
- 04 · Approval and new TIE. Fingerprint appointment and collection of your new TIE card.
- 05 · Obligations and renewals. We diarise the next renewal and tell you when you become eligible for long-term residency.
What each route requires to renew
- Non-Lucrative Residency: sufficient means for the new period and more than 183 days a year in Spain.
- Digital Nomad Visa: the remote-work relationship continues and the social security position is maintained.
- Self-Employment Residency (Cuenta Propia): the activity continues and you are up to date with Social Security and the tax agency.
- Entrepreneur Residency and Intra-Company Transfer (ICT): the activity or assignment that justified the authorisation continues.
