Accounting & Tax — Self-Employed

Once you are registered as autónomo, the real work is the calendar: invoices, quarterly returns and annual summaries — each of them also a condition for renewing your residence permit. How we work

  • 01 · Initial assessment. Your activity, VAT regime and the returns that apply to you.
  • 02 · Strategy and document map. How you send us invoices and expenses each month, and your personal filing calendar.
  • 03 · Preparation and filing. Bookkeeping and the quarterly returns, filed on time.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What do I have to file every quarter?

VAT (Form 303) and income tax on account (Form 130): within the first 20 days of April, July and October, and by 30 January for the fourth quarter.

Does it help with my residency renewal?

Yes. Being up to date with the tax agency is a condition to renew your permit, and we keep your filings current throughout the year.

Are Social Security contributions included?

No. You pay them directly each month by direct debit. They are set when you register — see Self-Employed Registration (Autónomo).

Is it a monthly or an annual service?

It is an annual service that covers your recurring filings throughout the year.
